the taste is sour tangy with a little bit of sweet which I like and would I recommend for people who like sour stuff the quality is good and workout overall solid

this is the most fun I get out of a preworkout. if i'm ever going into a gym day and im not feeling like it, this'll pick me up. energy, focus and pure stim. i don't really like the taste but i don't get these for the flavor really.

the only downside is the quantity you get for the price. otherwise it's powerful :)

It has been a while since I used pre-workout of any kind. However, I wanted to start using it again, so went back to give it a try again. When it was delivered, the creatine was in great shape, but the pre-workout was very clumpy, and looked old. I spent 10 minutes with a fork breaking up the mix, and then shaking the canister to get it mostly broken up. Unsure if it was not sealed properly [it has the packet for moisture in it] or if it has been on the shelf for some time. The taste is ok, if not a little weak. I actually mix it with a pack of LMNT hydration, and now I get a great flavor and xtra hydration along with the pre-workout and creatine.

Love the taste and the fact that it gets you buzzed to go to the gym - that extra kick of caffeine/motivation is welcome. Keep in mind - if this is your first time taking pre-workout, it does give the itchiness (especially face/ears) but that wears off within a few minutes (and once you take it a few days in a row, you no longer have the tingle effect, so you kind of miss it)! The ingredients are great, has all the stimulants and vitamins needed for a great boost, but don't take this in the evening if you want to sleep. Ghost is a great brand and delivers on their promises (so far)!
