It's delicious, helps wake me up for a workout. I mix it with water in a shaker. It's really effective, the packaging is high quality and strong, and there's no aftertaste.

The flavor is really good and mixes well, which Ghost usually does well with. Energy is nice and smooth without feeling too strong. The pump is decent but not anything crazy compared to stronger pre-workouts. Still a solid option if you want good taste and moderate energy for workouts.

Honestly, I took it, but until now I haven’t seen any benefit. I drink it because it tastes really delicious. I sit and study. I feel like I don’t know if it’s psychological or not, but it opens my mind a little. I haven’t started trying it yet. When I’m at the gym, I’ll see if it gives me energy.
