When talking taste, it simply doesn’t get better than this. Once you find your ideal water to pre ratio, it tastes like grape juice. The only issue with it, like all ghost pre workouts, it doesn’t help with a pump, as they want you to buy their other product. If you are okay with that, then this is the best of the best.
I'm really impressed with this pre-workout! The Welch's Grape flavor is spot on-it tastes just like authentic grape juice without any weird artificial aftertaste. It mixes effortlessly in water with zero clumping. The formula hits the perfect sweet spot for energy, focus, and pump without giving me jittery crashes or an overwhelming itch. It definitely gives me that extra push to power through intense workout sessions. High quality and great efficiency overall-will definitely buy again!

I love this brand. I use it on my workouts only on my leg day because it’s so strong. I love the taste. Grapes quality is so good. It has other ingredients to help you work out so good. It gives you a good pump I recommend it
I used a sample of this a while back and it felt phenomenal. Using it this time didn't feel as good. Did not get as great of a workout as I did before. The taste was also not the best. Overall I think this product is just ok and not the best.
Just tried the Ghost Welch’s Grape Pre workout quality, if you’re on the fence, get it. Tastes 1:1 like the juice. Energy is high with dosage of 300mg caffeine and the focus is dialed in. 6g Citrulline means the pumps are top-tier. 100% lived up to the hype, good results in energy and focus.

Packing is intact, parcel arrived early than the estimated delivery date. Great pre-workout, easily dissolved with water. Can be mixed with soda water to mimic Fanta grape! Tastes like grape Yakult too. Love the design, the scoop is left on top so there’s no need to dig for it!
