A good stim-free PWO, I recommend going for a flavour if you are planing on using this alone, but you can stack it with other PWO if you use the natty one. I give it a solid 7/10

Solid preworkout formula, nothing special but does the job. naturally sweetened and flavored so its actually not unpleasant in any way. can be a bit pricey if not on sale.

Well, the pums is great, love it cos u can drink it evenings, cos don’t have caffein. I took unflavored, regretted, cos it is almost not drinkable, taste is horrible.
This product delivers next-level pumps. You can clearly see increased veins and fuller muscles, especially during push and arm sessions. The flavor is great, it blends easily, and the stim-free formula makes it ideal to combine with any pre-workout. Highly recommended if big pumps are what you’re after.
Great for pumps gives nice energy but not worth the money in my opinion
I have been using this product for about a month. I use it as my pre-workout with some electrolytes. I'm very thankful this does not have any artificial sweeteners!
