I use this every day for my postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, I keep one in my bag, the car and at home. They are great for on the go when you don't have a water bottle to swallow salt tablets instead. Sometimes the taste is very strong when you chew on them, so I suck on them instead and it's just as effective in helping me regulate my heart rate and condition. I also use these to help me build up exercise tolerance in the gym for my condition. Two chewable tablets and I'm able to get through my whole strength training routine with no issues! Great taste, not too salty. One dose is 2 electrolyte chews, helpful to support hydration, beneficial for dysautonomia management reducing symptoms quickly. Highly recommend. Do need to drink fluids with them.

The only electrolytes my 12 years old daughter likes, and we have tried so many! Would have loved a higher sodium dose but I guess the taste wouldn't be the same.
