As for the effect, I didn't quite understand it. It seemed like a weak effect. I just poured the contents of the capsule onto my tongue and swallowed it with a little water. Maybe that's why, but I don't think so. It just speeds up the effect. In my opinion, it's better to buy the spray, it's more effective. The size of the capsules is normal.
