I used L-tyrosine before and liked the way it works. I was a bit skeptical about L-acetyl-tyrosine, but it worked even better. I take a bigger dose than specified on the package though. I take it first thing in the morning on the empty stomach. I benefit from the supplement a lot it gives me mental energy for the entire day. It has great nootropic effects.
