This is the best fish oil I have ever used, helps big time with hair and nails and more and the packaging is amazing. Inflammation be gone, anyone at any age can benefit from fish oils and the ingredient in this product and omegas. High quality and will be ordering again soon.
Great option if you do not like swallowing fish oil soft gels, which can be annoying. I did not finish this product, but it’s important to note that you only have 3 months to use it after opening. I could not complete it cause I was too lazy to take it continuously in my routine. However I still recommend this product because Sport Research is a reliable brand and has the best ingredients as well as quality. I will plan to purchase it in the future since I do not have fish in my diet so this will be essential when it comes closer to the winter time especially.

This product is great, I've felt a noticeable impact to my mood and health and I notice when I've missed a couple days. Taste is as good as it could be for fish oil. I can't really ask for more there, any better and they'd need to add ingredients I don't want added. It's lemony with a slight fishy aftertaste. I don't mind it at all, and its way more cost efficient than pill form. The ONLY reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the bottle. Pouring this out into a spoon leaves me with a drip down the side of the bottle every time. This product needs a pour spout of some sort. I'm sure that would significantly increase the cost but it would be a 5 out 5 for me with that. Although I guess I can find a pour spout bottle to pour this into.
I see no reason to take any other omega 3. Great taste, no hint of fish scent or taste whatsoever. Package is great too, comes very well packed and secured, even if the bottle is glass, I can see how it comes very secure. Benefit of taking a high dose like this is how you know it will do its job. 10/10.
I have been using this for a few weeks and have noticed less inflammation, the taste is pleasant not so fishy more lemony. I like that the fish oil is derived from haddock not mackerel and that was the main reason I bought this brand. As haddock has lower mercury.
I am very impressed with the quality of this fish oil. The lemon flavor is subtle and completely eliminates any fishy burps, which is a huge plus. It feels very fresh, and the liquid form is easy to dose for my daily health routine.

The taste of this product is not really bad, it just tastes like lemon with some fat in it, and its easily tolerable for anyone. If you are looking for liquid fish oil, this is it.
Excellent quality , doesn’t smell or has any fishy taste due to the lemon flavor . I prefer the oil to the tablets . It’s a bit pricy .
