10 Mushroom Complex, Reishi, Lion's Mane, Chaga, Turkey Tail & More, 90 Capsules

I have been taking a Mushroom Complex supplement for a couple years now. This is a good quality one that I have had no issues with. Love that it has 10 strains of mushrooms in one capsules for the benefit of what I need, making the ingredients an all around plus. The amount you get for the price is fantastic, the capsule size is regular size for most capsules. I do have better energy, pain relief, sleep, and immunity as well.

I have been a fan of adaptogenic mushrooms for a few years now. I purchased this complex on a special offer as I liked the combination of 10 different mushrooms. I find that mushrooms, when taken consistently, give me more energy and help with memory and brain sharpness. Capsules can be opened and added to coffee or smoothie and work just as well. This product seems to be of good quality and provides the variety of 10 different mushrooms, which is a bonus, as they all have different benefits.

I liked this mushroom complex. But in order to be into an effective range - I took 4 capsules at once with my lunch. Otherwise it is too weak for me too feel any effect. I do it with any mushroom formula - I take at least 2 gr active ingredients from the mushroom powder. No negative effects. Provides an energising effect.

This is a surprisingly good “all-in-one” mushroom complex for the price. The capsules are easy to take and I like having a broad blend rather than buying several separate mushroom supplements. I have been taking once capsule a day and I feel more energetic. There is not taste and the capsules are small. Also has so many mushrooms in one, highly recommend!!

I have used various mushroom products in the past, but stopped for awhile to see if they made any difference or not. I've just started this, so it's early days, but I like the fact that it's a fairly comprehensive blend. I wish there was more information on how the mushrooms have been extracted and would prefer no fillers. I checked the manufacturer's website and the product isn't there - not sure if it's been discontinued.
