I purchased passionflower as a sleep aid. I take two droppers 45 minutes before going to bed. It relaxes me and I fall to sleep quickly. I sleep soundly for 5-6 hours which is good for this 78 yo. Then I rest/sleep for a couple hours. I get up feeling rested and I never feel any side effects.
This is a reliable effective tincture. Passionflower is my go to for anxiety or stress in adults and older children. Diluted in 1-2 oz of water, it’s a swift delivery system. I have purchased other Oregon’s Wild Harvest products and found them to be of excellent quality and benefit. The size contains plenty for an as needed basis, which is once in awhile. Dosage instructions are accurate.
