I’ve been using Once Daily Vitamin C because it’s gentle on the stomach. I used to get discomfort from regular vitamin C, but this one doesn’t bother me—even on an empty stomach. Really good quality. It is rare for this product, but vitamin C here does supplement overall immunity. Taste is neutral, which is the big plus, because you buy antioxidant that you need and don’t get weird flavoured ingredients. Package made of plastic which is not a benefit for non capsuled product. But it can be partially neglected if the age of it is not big. But, at the end of the day, it is a good product and can become a great addition to your diet. Potency is not very high, which is good because it won’t bring negative effect as allergy. Also be aware that size of the tablet is not very small, but it is less of the issue, because you can split it into smaller pieces
