I have tried different version of this brand of Korean ginseng. It never disappoint it the quality of the ingredients. This is my favorite format, it is easier to consume. The package is also extremely convenient fpr traveling! I alway have a few packs in my purse for pick me up. Just wish it wasn't so expensive, but it is worth it for the benefits in the end.

I am currently entering perimenopause and this stuff really makes a big difference. I take it first thing in the morning with hot water, lemon, and ginger on an empty stomach. I then go for a walk and start my day. I highly recommend this. it's pricey but worth the buy. my energy during the day is sustained a lot better. I still drink coffee towards noon time after my breakfast and I am still able to sleep okay. the packaging is beautiful, the ginseng is a paste that doesn't need to be diluted, but I just prefer it as a tea. I take this every other day bc it only comes in 30, but I highly recommend it.
