So glad it is made with unrefined virgin oil and doesn't have sugar starch or gum. I only buy products that say "unrefined/virgin" for oil because regular coconut, olive and avocado oil are refined/deodorized (causing inflammation) unless they say virgin or unrefined. This has the BEST taste of any pickle I have ever tried. I blend it to make a smooth paste to mix into rice and sauces.

I bought 2 bottles because it's so flavorful! I store the opened bottle in the fridge and the oil hardens. that's a good sign because they are using real oil.

I suspect it's a healthy product, as we've found with many other of their products, but it doesn't have the "fresh" kind of 'raw' flavour that we were looking for, given the title - hard to do without have some cooling involved I guess. An acquired taste perhaps.

Love taking this ingredient to make sure I stay healthy and fabulous! The size is plentiful to use for a long time and it has a great effect. The quality is really great and the package is easy to use. Really thankful for the potency and lack of taste. Provides good protection.
