Love it! Is very gentle on the stomach. Size is very good. No smell. I feel calm no anxiety. Im sleeping better. Good for the body good for my mind. My body adapted since day one. My mood is better. I tried Ashwagandha at different times — in the morning and in the evening — and the effect was always the same for me. It definitely works as an adaptogen and helps with stress, but in a very specific way. It strongly promotes sleep and has a calming, almost sedating effect. For me, it slows things down and makes me feel relaxed but also sleepy. Not really something I can take during the day. The benefits are there if you need deep relaxation and stress relief, and it can positively affect mood, but it’s not energizing at all. I wouldn’t compare it to anything stimulating or “steroid-like” — it’s more about shutting off and resting. The quality ingredients are good, the capsule size is fine. Taste is neutral, but the smell is noticeable and quite typical for ashwagandha. Overall, effective for stress relief and sleep, but very individual in how it feels.

I have taken this for a few days at night after dinner before sleep, I didnt feel any significant difference, I probably have to wait and see if it will affect my sleep quality.
