These pastilles are good to have for extra stressful days or times. I've used them for years but didn't know they also come in watermelon! These are good tasting like the original orange flavored ones, it's nice to have some variety in your stress tool kit. They are chewy but not very soft until they break down and get smaller. I also love the pop off/click on lid, this is the easiest container to open that I own lol

These pastilles taste great. My kids love them. They work to help calm them after a fall, skinned knee or injury, and to help them deal with anxiety. I keep this particular package in the car for out-and-about injuries. This brand has never let us down; the quality has stood the test. I've been using Rescue Remedy in its various forms since I was a child myself (and my mom bought them). The benefits are quickly seen.

Bach's Rescue Pastille definitely provide relief from stress, but it seems like this particular doesn't work as well as the other flavors. It may just be me, and my body doesn't react to it as well as my favorite flavors. The tin doesn't include "natural" on the label, so the watermelon-flavored pastilles may have a formulation that includes an ingredient that may not be considered as such. Nonetheless, the pastilles still provide a benefit to help calm your system down as you rest from the day.

I think it goes without saying, but sadly, stress has become a prominent part of our lives. I’ve used these Rescue Pastilles for years. They taste great and the benefits have been noticeable, especially with my kids. My children, now young adult, found these very helpful as they navigated stressful times in their lives too. We follow the recommended dosage as needed.

I bought these Bach Rescue Pastilles to help with stress at work, and they've been a nice, subtle and quality aid. The watermelon taste is light and not too sugary, which I appreciate. I just pop one in my mouth when I start to feel a little overwhelmed, and the gentle act of it helps me take a small pause. They don't make me feel drowsy or anything, just a little more centered, ingredients are nice. For anyone needing a simple way to take a moment and breathe, these are worth a try.
