I liked it. Less bloating for me. I have read tho high levels of akkermansia could be associated with some neuro degenerative diseases. This is under study apparently. So I don’t take it every day. My GI results were not showing any deficiencies in their count anyway. So I take it a few times a week.
It helps weight control and elevates lean body mass. Therefore, it worth taking continously.
This product has helped with appetite and control and I’ve been slowly losing weight.
Done with my 2nd bottle. Waist line is now obvious thanks to significantly reduced bloating. Lean body mass is up and body fat % down. Of course we have to also watch what we eat and exercise but this really helps and accelerates.

This stuff is legit. heard alot about akkermansia for gut health and metabolsim and decided to give it a shot. been taking it for a few weeks and definately notice less bloating and my digestion feels way smoother. its kinda pricey but u get what you pay for with a brand like this. Maybe buy more but will see.
