For years I was grinding up a men's 50+multi tablet and mixing it with yogurt. This Alive Men's 50+ gummy is very close in the dosing, plus I like the antioxidant blend info on the label, plus the lycopene and lutein, which I was not getting in my other tablet. It works well for me. I take one with breakfast & 1 with lunch. No magnesium, so I take that in addition.
