Excellent but be careful with the dosage, 2 capsules are recommended but for me it's too much, the next day I'm drowsy all morning. 1 capsule is more than enough for me, good to point out that I also take 1/4 spoonful of magnesium (I should try it without it)
I’ve been having issues falling back asleep in the middle of the night. I’ve been taking it for about a month and it has helped me feel more refreshed in the morning however I’m still having some issue falling back asleep quickly. I will still repurchase and recommend it since I wake up more energized.
I have some health issues which cause sleep interruption. So I decided to take a powerful yet gentle sleeping aid. There is no lingering snoozy feeling in morning unlike some other sleeping aids. U go to deep sleep. Take two to three hours before you would like to sleep. I don’t take it everyday though. But if you are under stress and have sleeping issues, do try this!
I was looking for a melatonin-free pill and was impressed that this contained both GABA and magnesium. I noticed an improvement in my sleep quality after taking two pills nightly. However, the pills are quite difficult to swallow. Even when taken one at a time with plenty of water, I often feel the pill lingering in my system, which causes some discomfort for about half an hour after each dose.
Natrol never disappoints. Always have excellent quality, proven, and tested. Works very well for me. I have difficulty sleeping, so I tried to check which one can help me without melatonin. After checking the ingredients and dosage, I decided to choose this reputable brand. and I sleep well without any weird dreams.

I use many different kinds of herbal support for sleep and relaxation and this one has great ingredients in it that really work. I wake up rested and refreshed in morning. The size of the capsules is ok, taste too. The quality of the product is nice cause it works for me.
I took one bottle and regularly in the evening before going to bed: it may have helped relaxation but in my case I cannot see the effect for very strong / visible.
