I always practice these steps when I introduce new supplements to my body, in order to clearly observe my body’s reaction. I am always careful to isolate variables so that any reaction cannot be attributed to other foods. Within 15-30 minutes after consuming this product, I developed eyelid swelling, clear watery eye discharge, eye itchiness, and nasal discharge. These reactions were identical to the symptoms I experience when I am accidentally exposed to gluten. I am concerned about the possibility of gluten contamination of ingredients in this product. I sincerely want to warn consumers who are highly sensitive to gluten or food contaminants to exercise caution. For those who are managing chronic conditions or healing through careful dietary choices, this product may pose a risk. If you are very sensitive, I strongly recommend choosing products that are certified gluten-free by reputable organizations such as NSF. I hope the manufacturer will take customer feedback seriously and re-evaluate the product quality and potential contamination. If possible, obtaining NSF gluten-free certification would significantly improve consumer confidence.
