The quality and ingredients are good, and it definitely helps with hydration and electrolyte balance. However, the salty tropical flavor is very strong and not my favorite. It mixes well with water, but the taste takes some getting used to. If you like very salty electrolyte drinks or need strong hydration support, this could work well. For me, the flavor was the main downside.

Very effective for hydration, especially after workouts. Taste is salty but clean and refreshing. No sugar or artificial feel. I use it regularly and it works well.

I’ve been using these electrolytes for about a year now and they are amazing. The taste is very pleasant which makes drinking more water easy. My electrolytes easily become imbalanced but with these electrolytes I have been having none of my past issues. They’re also low in sugar so unlike so many other brands.

I’ve tried a few brands but this is the one I’ll be sticking with. It’s a little pricier but it tastes good and has quality ingredients
