All their powders taste delicious, and help me muster the energy to leave my apartment in the morning. The powder mixes well. I usually mix it with water (16-20 oz); sometimes, when I'm feeling really crazy, I mix it with a cup or so of greek yogurt, for a energizing snack with a lot more protein. I usually just take it as a morning pick-me-up, but it's great before a workout too. All the flavors I've tried are great. This is my favorite.
