takes a bit more than the recommended drops... more like thirty or fourty, but when taken in greater doses... amazing effects. a numbness around the lips and tongue. great relaxing, stress dissolving quality.
I give 5 drops of this to my son with autism in the morning. it noticably helps with anxiety, mood and repetitive behavior.
