My first glass of "liquid gold" in the morning has a very refreshing citrus flavor!
Compared to the sweetness of watermelon flavor, I prefer the refreshing citrus flavor. The taste is very natural, like a blend of fresh lemon and orange, completely lacking the artificial sweeteners. I usually drink a glass on an empty stomach every morning, and it instantly makes me feel "energized," hydrating much faster than plain water. The individual packaging is very hygienic; just tear and mix, and it dissolves extremely quickly. For those who often stay up late or experience morning puffiness, this electrolyte supplement is an essential morning boost! If you prefer a tart, refreshing profile over sweet flavors, this Citrus version is for you! It has a crisp, natural taste that makes hitting my hydration goals so much easier. The balance of sodium, potassium, and magnesium is spot on—I feel an immediate lift in my energy and focus after drinking it. The convenience of the individual sticks is unbeatable for my active lifestyle. No grit, no clumps, just clean electrolytes. Another winner from ONE OF ONE on iHerb!

Good product
The taske is OK. I liked melon more. So I am combining them together. But apart from the taste it is very good hydration for recovery after the training. A bit sweet, for my opinion, but then it what makes you to drink a lot and it is very good.

Solid hydration sachets
Nice citrus flavour and easy to mix. Good electrolyte profile and not overly sweet. The 30 sachet pack is a great value for daily hydration routines.

Very sweet
It is incredibly sweet and I can't drink it even if I put it in 1.5l water bottle. Why they have to take something that is supposed to be healthy and make it taste like the junk soda that made millions of people diabetic or pre diabetic is hard to understand. Even more, it has a sticker on the back with a warning about cancer and reproductive health harm. So they know it is poison but still sell it. This is the first and last time I will buy this brand.
