Basically, I liked it. But the company's watermelon flavor is much better for my taste.

I'm drinking this because the C4 BCAA product I was taking before was discontinued. I recommend it to people who do intense exercise.
I tried the new product that came out recently and the taste is a little different from before, but it's not bad. However, I don't think the C4 has adapted to my body, so the exercise effect doesn't change much compared to when I didn't eat it.
