C4 Pre-Workout Review 2 I’ve been using C4 before my workouts and I’m happy with it. It gives me good energy without feeling too complicated, and I definitely notice the difference compared with training without pre-workout. The flavor is enjoyable and it mixes well. Good pre-workout for both regular gym sessions and harder training days.
I chose this flavor on a whim feeling tired of the same flavor I usually buy (orange or punch) and I was surprised that it was really nice. It could have been the change on its own but it tasted (be still does) great. Otherwise it’s the same great product with familiar effect ands the same dosage.
I have tasted quite a few pre-workouts in my life and I can say that this is the first time that it tastes good and crazy to think that pre-workout feels like a crazy juice, size 60 servings, packaging, which is a quality fire that surprised me and especially the taste. I came skeptical and left happy about it. If you buy c4, then this taste works very well for the Israeli palate and improves training with energy, but a little, it is just a supplement, so don't overdo it and expect a magic drink.
