This hard tablet is a great natural stress reducer. My mood is really lifted in the days I take Ayurvedic, there is a herbal scent but the taste is irrelevant cause it’s meant to be swallowed whole. My under-active thyroid benefits from herbal remedies like this and others available on iherb.

Great quality. Medium sized oval tablets. I’ve been combining it with 5-HTP and Magnesium L-Threonate for stress release and sleep. I still have stress moments, but it seems they pass more quickly and rarely have the nightmares that I’ve had problems with since starting. Do you use the three products together.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen which is used for stress. I've been using it to control my blood pressure and it's working fabulous. Improved mood and sleep quality! Highly recommend this product with its quality ingredients. There are some benefits for the thyroid if your function is low. The size and ease of swallowing is also quite beneficial.
