I don’t like the sugar coating so I wash them in warm water and pat dry. I do this in the morning and let them sit out all day. Take them 1 hour before I go to bed and this time seems to work best for me. I’ve been able to stop taking melatonin which I’ve been taking 10mg for the last 5 years. Highly recommend.

I tried to use less melatonin, so I use this product instead. It's nice though, but I feel asleep slower than the melatonin of course, but it's still great product by the way. But I don't like the flavour and the texture.
