At first I wasn't sure this would be any different than the iron bisglycinate I was taking, but this calmed my anemia-related heart palpitations very quickly. Definitely recommend, especially if you have absorption issues.
I have been using the Flora Ferritin + supplement for the last two months and am really happy with the product. I have tried several iron supplements in the past and have had a lot of digestive issues including nausea and constipation. I was happy to find a product that claimed to lessen the chance of these symptoms and happier still to find that their claim was legitimate. I have had no stomach upsets when taking the ferritin + and constipation has been a minimal problem. I did go to every other day instead of every day, and that has completely taken care of any concerns with constipation. I've also noticed that my hair growth has improved as has the condition of my nails. I would recommend this product to anyone who has struggled with iron products in the past.
