Almost impossible to drink, it’s so sweet. This shouldn’t be a sweet drink. It should hydrate, yes, but this tastes more like a dessert than a hydration drink. Very disappointed.
Good taste, really helps with hydration during or after exercises. Decent quantity as well. The three flavors are good, but I find the blood orange flavor to be the best. Convenient individual packaging for single use that you can carry around when going to the gym, would definitely purchase again!
On of the best quality electrolytes , if you are looking for exactly these ingredients . Taste is ok , but size and packaging is very convenient for travel and use . Great benefits for your hydration and rebalancing salt and elements levels . Can be also used during sports and training - helps with workouts .
Good flavor/taste, good hydrating ingredients, good brand. My only complaint is that if you don't drink it quickly it gets a sediment at the bottom. Just have to remix, but doing so multiple times with one drink can betimes annoying. Regardless, 5 stars!
I personally didn't like Daily Electrolytes from Thorne. They are way too sweet, and the taste is way too artificial. I prefer a salty, natural taste.

I bought it for cycling and it delivers the promised properties. 1 sachet is just enough for a bottle. It contains all the ingredients a cyclist needs while cycling. The quality is first class! The taste is extremely good, especially since there are several varieties in the package. I will order this again.
