These tablets are pretty good. They taste better than most hydration drinks and they are super easy to use. And the packaging is nice and small.
I love these little tablets in my water for hot yoga workouts. They claim to help hydration. Most of the flavors taste good, some taste amazing. The tubes are a convenient size, but tablets may not fit into a regular plastic water bottle without breaking. they appear to be high quality and make drinking water much more appealing with a little flavour hit to keep you powering through.
Nuun Lemon-Lime is great for staying hydrated—just drop a tablet in water and it gives a clean, crisp flavor without being too sweet. I feel less cramp and more energized on hot workout days, and it dissolves quickly. Definitely a handy thing to keep in my gym bag.
