This is a fascinating combo—I’m not sure why you’d need brainpower while exercising (unless you’re a group fitness instructor like me!) and part of me wishes they offered the electrolytes and the Lion’s Mane in separate drinks. That said, the effect of the Lion’s Mane/Magnesium L-Threonate was instant for me. I actually skipped my morning caffeine the first time I drank this and still felt sharp, with a noticeable mood boost. The taste is pleasant but a little mild for my liking. I doubled up the packet and used less water than recommended to get a stronger flavor.

I bought this flavor and the blueberry pomegranate, and this one is my husband's favorite, but I prefer the blueberry pomegranate; it is just a matter of taste. They both have the same great benefits. My husband had surgery and was not getting enough hydration, but with the help of this beverage, he was motivated to drink more, thank you!

This product contain high quality magnesium, not magnesium oxide which is important. It’s a little bit expensive but tasty and good quality

These are decent raspberry-flavored electrolytes. But they remind me a bit of cold powder. Overall, I recommend them!

The taste is okay. It's not very sweet, it's somewhat neutral, it barely tastes like lemon.
