Women's Multivitamin 50, 30 Vegetable Capsules

I am 58 so I need to take some megadoses of certain supplements. This vitamin gives me a good baseline from vitamin A through selenium and a bit of black cohosh. I can then add extra calcium and vitamin D according to my specific needs. I called this my “base vitamin.” I like that it is vegan and non-GMO and his GMP certified. I like this brand of supplements and this is a good price point for a vitamin.

I was attracted to this supplement because it has the things I want without the things I don't.
