Having read reviews, mostly positive, I decided to try. Just WOW! Took a shot first thing in the morning. Taste is not great, but being one large mouthful it’s bearable. Apple flavour is best so far. The sustained focus, clarity and energy, appetite suppression throughout the day was next level. Awesome!
Good quality. Efficient in boosting your ketones and keep you going during fasting. This one taste a bit better than the no flavoured one but still it is subjective. Good price here with discounts too.
This is kerosen for the brain. It makes me be more resilient in a fasting, also it helps my brain waves be more coherent and with higher neuroplasticity - i tested it with neurofeedback and even i didn't feel a big difference, i could perform much much much better at neurofeedback.
Went through a whole box, tried it with food, on an empty stomach, AM, PM, before workouts, and after workouts, and there was never any discernable effect. The only measurable effect of this product was a lighter wallet!
Effect a little underwhelming. Perhaps need to take a longer course of consumption. Unpleasant taste. Bought it upon recommendation by Steven Bartlett.
Honestly, it's great in terms of effect, but the taste is just okay, like a type of water. However, its effect is amazing. I was using it for distance running.
Taste not the greatest but better than I expected. The effects of drinking Keytone IQ before workouts are great! The energy boosts lasts about three hours. Great quality. I am a customer from Germany and my order was sent and received quickly . I will definitely be buying this again.

I have been using this product mainly for enahncing focus during demanding days at work with great benefits (even replaced caffeine with it). I lately used it in intra training (cross-country mountain-biking) after 1-1.5 hours of riding and got a really significant boost of energy to finish the second half of the ride with a lot more energy and stamina I usually have with eating energy bars/dry fruits. hope this prodcut will become more affordable in the future. taste is not great, but this is just a shot you quickly drink at once...
I haven’t been using it too consistently but that’s only because the price is a bit much. Good dose size and I think it’s working. I’ll buy it again. Just don’t expect the flavor to not be medicinal tasting.
