I've been using 21st Century Wild Alaskan Fish Oil Mega Omega 3 for two weeks now, and unfortunately, I'm not satisfied. The capsules are quite large, which makes swallowing uncomfortable and sometimes even causes throat irritation. The product promises a lot when it comes to ingredients and quality, but honestly, I'm not sure I want to find out if it's really worth it when my throat hurts like this :) Because of that, I don't find it easy to take daily! Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product based on my experience. There are many other alternatives on the market...
