The quality is excellent and the ingredients are clean, God willing. My review isn't meant to be derogatory; on the contrary, omega-3 fatty acids are extremely important for the heart, blood vessels, memory, etc. Read about their many benefits. They reduce inflammation, strengthen the immune system, and lower cholesterol. If you don't eat seafood, you must include omega-3 fatty acids in your daily diet. There's a difference between EPA and DHA, but this product contains both in good quantities. You just need to take four capsules (the required dose). That's all, and may you be well! 💗💗💗💗
