i bought it because i saw in Youtube podcast by Dr william Li which recommended it to increase body muscle mass. After taking it for nearly a month, i did not notice a significant improvement but it is certainly gentle on stomach,no causing of acid reflux which i like. will continue talking it to see if it works for me.
