My package arrived in good condition. I use this magnesium glycinate supplement for body relaxation. It has a great taste a bit sour if not dissolved completely in water. I take it at night before bed cause it is effective cause it makes the body relaxes right before going to sleep and to reduce cortisol hormone in the body. Also a good benefit for days I lift heavy at the gym to aid faster muscle recovery and to reduce muscle pain.

Has a good taste to it, I'm able to mix my own hydration drink with this, just add some potassium. Helps me make my own electrolyte mix without the sodium do to high blood pressure. Although the container is massive, the powder only fills 1/4 of the container. Marketing and package waste understandably, but nonetheless, the product is advertised and is easy to mix and easy to drink

Force Factor Ultimate Magnesium works really well and I did feel a noticeable improvement, especially in relaxation and muscle comfort. However, the taste is quite strong and not very pleasant—even when dissolved in the recommended amount of water. It also doesn’t fully dissolve, leaving some residue at the bottom. Still, despite these downsides, it’s an effective product that delivers good results.

It’s so much better than I expected in terms of the taste. It’s a bit on the sweeter side but still it’s manageable and it’s really helps to relax and sleep and I think price performance is really good.
