Tried this vitamins. The quality is definitely good, and the capsule size is convenient and easy to swallow. I can’t say for sure about the effect, but they probably helped.

This has a good quantity and a broad-spectrum of vitamins and minerals. I like the fact that iodine isn't included as I deal with thyroid issues and we already get a lot of iodine from salt. I am pleased with this product and the quality seems high, given the strong smell (likely from selenium).
I've been buying Country Life vitamins for 30 years. Their Daily One formulas are the perfect amount of each vitamin and mineral in the correct biological form and I like that they offer a multi without iron. High quality supplement.
I always take vitamins to support my body. Those vitamins was great! I’m not a nutritionist and cannot say about ingredients, but I was feeling myself good while taken those pills.
These have been one of my go-to multivitamins for years. I don’t love the smell or taste, but I like the nutritional information, and it’s convenient when I’m getting my iron elsewhere.
