This is one of the truly effective pre-workout complexes with good dosages. However, due to its 325 mg of caffeine, it's more suitable for experienced users. If you train 1-2 times a week and are sensitive to stimulants, it's best to limit yourself to ½ a serving (8.5/10). A full serving is only recommended if you have a good caffeine tolerance.
