Everything is relative, this is a very good high quality product however not as effective as another NAD+ product which I bought along this product, but at the same time the other one is twice more expensive. In general if you seek to improve your metabolism and nervous system, NAD+ is the product you need to take, I felt the difference straight away after two days. I will definitely rebut this product
