EFX is known for its Carboline product, and I expected this product to be of good quality as well. However, the moment I opened a new bottle, it was damp and had a clay-like consistency. While the pre-workout itself is effective, it's still worrying. I hope they improve the quality.
A great pre-workout supplement - the quality is really great. So if your workouts are going pretty hard and you're not happy with the results, this supplement will definitely give you energy. The composition is very good, but keep in mind that it contains a fairly large dose of caffeine and you need to take this into account and, possibly, reduce the dose. Overall, I can recommend this supplement for purchase if you need a pre-workout with stimulants.
I needed a pre-workout drink before hitting the gym, when I had no desire to go after work. The first time, I took less than a full serving because I wasn't sure how I'd react. The blueberry flavor was fine for me, but a bit sweet, so I diluted it with plenty of water. The drink itself felt quite rich. I only took it on days when I trained. It worked well for me as a pre-workout drink.
The taste is amazing! The blueberry flavor is delicious and not bitter at all! I felt the effects about 20 minutes after drinking it; my focus and pump were much stronger during training, and I sweated more. A large 500g bottle is great value for money, and I'll definitely repurchase!

Let's start from the beginning. Quality - very high quality and smells great Effectiveness - effective before a workout, in my opinion because it's strong I personally only take a dose once a week. Energy - it does what it's supposed to do and pretty strong I'll say that in advance lol Benefits - gives a strong pump compared to others, so here you get both caffeine and a pump in the compound!
I use it 10-15mins before workout. Great energy boost & pump. Would def. buy again when the price is right.
