I avoid gluten as much as possible and found that potato starch is a tasty alternative for breading pork chops, steak, and fish. I rub some of this into my meats and fish before pan frying them and the potato starch adds a nice, tasty flavor. My grandkids love my breaded pork chops when they eat at my house.

I bought this to use as potato starch. It comes in a container that can be easily stored in the refrigerator, which is convenient. It works perfectly as potato starch, and I'm happy that it's organic.
