I had liver complications from COVID-19 combined with paracetamol. I started taking this artichoke and felt immediate relief with the first capsule. Within a week, my condition had improved significantly, and almost all my symptoms had disappeared. I've been taking it for two weeks now and feel almost completely better. it is the usual dosage, not some miracle high one. but the benefits are there. i will switch to different brand though, because of this marketing move. seem to be clean good quality ingredients. bought for sibo.

It doesn't help. My blood tests got worse while I was taking this artichoke. My bilirubin went up.

Liver health! I find milk thistle too medicinal and harsh but not artichoke!

Capsules are a sensible size and go down easily. No complaints, would buy again.
