I take it before bed. The capsule size is large but it is easy to swallow, it doesn't get stuck in my throat. It has no smell and is neutral in taste. It helps to normalize sleep, you can try it in combination with melatonin. It has a gentle effect on the intestines, with constant use it does not cause constipation and diarrhea.
