Electrolytes have a delicious taste, the ingredients are of excellent quality, the quantity is appropriate, the packaging is practical, and they are beneficial in hydrating the body and compensating for fluids lost through sweating during sports training or due to the hot weather in the summer.
Another reviewer said it best when they described it as a true lemon flavor. It has a hint of sweetness and light lemon and is very refreshing
Quality not good Ingredients not healthy Taste is questionable Size travel pocket
I really like the light lemon flavor — it mixes easily with water and doesn't taste overly sweet or salty. The individual stick packs are convenient to take to the gym or keep in my bag.
good taste product well packaged, and good quality. I use it with water for the gym and workout, she it is good size for 1 liter water. also used it for different sport and training. the fluid is good and easy to dissolve, I believe it had all the electrolyte needed to keep you hydrated, and has allot of benefits
I previously bought a sample size and the lemonade was the best, so I'm repurchasing it. It's just the right amount for me when added to a 500ml bottle of water. I'm glad I've developed the habit of drinking more water!
This product is a great find. It provides the same quality as many competitive brands at a much lower price. The flavor is pure and simple, with no aftertaste.
My son recommended hydration tablets for my leg cramps and headaches This product works
Tastes great, super hydrating, love that there's no added sugar.
I've tried quite a few and this is definitely the best. It's not fizzy which is good and the taste is just the right amount of sweet.
