I got this to help with pain and swelling, it's supposed to help with inflammation. I think it helps, but it's a bit difficult to tell because inflammation goes up and down and it's a range all the time, but I think it's better to try herbal remedies and not to take too many painkillers, it does help when mixed with other similar supplements.
