I am 78. I would never take Ozempic injections or medication. I am only on a daily vitamin plus vitamin D3. I also take an iron capsule every other day due to the fact by body does not absorb the iron in my healthy diet. I have already lost 7 pounds since mixing the Konjac with the green tea, ginger and cinnamon. I drink it at 2:00 pm. It has control my appetite.
