It tastes natural, with almost no artificial flavor. It's highly stimulating and provides a strong pump. Previously, taking pre-workout supplements containing yohimbine would cause dizziness and palpitations, but this one has absolutely no side effects. For some reason, this pre-workout supplement makes breathing exceptionally smooth, and I have plenty of stamina; three hours of training is no problem at all.

This stuff GOES! Yes, if you're inexperienced with the feeling of a high-stim pre; this will be a lot for you. This stuff is not for cardio or a a quick abdominal day. It'll simply be too much for a short workout. Taste is clean and quality is very fine.
