Triphala is a great herb ... when taken at night it helps digestion and when taken in the morning it helps to lose weight. We are very pleased with this product and take it seriously and highly recommend it. I shopped on the internet after Triphala for comparison, and this is arguably the best "value for your money".
Triphala is a miracle worker. My health was bad, and I took stimulating Chinese herbs that all but killed peristalsis in my gut. When nothing else helped, Triphala came to the rescue in a miraculous way. It helped me have regular, we formed bowel movements when I otherwise would have been severely constipated. Bought this good quality Triphala which has basically 3 organic ingredients of chebulic myrobalan fruit, amla fruit, and belleric myrobalan fruit. I follow the recommended dosage and also drink more water. Take note that the tablets are quite big so I take 1 at a time. With regards to taste and smell, it is ok for me.

I really like taking triphala because it definitely helps digestion and improves the state of my skin. I've already bought another product by this brand and I'm satisfied. The bells are pretty big but still there is no problem swallowing them.
