Triphala is a great herb ... when taken at night it helps digestion and when taken in the morning it helps to lose weight. We are very pleased with this product and take it seriously and highly recommend it. I shopped on the internet after Triphala for comparison, and this is arguably the best "value for your money".
Bought this good quality Triphala which has basically 3 organic ingredients of chebulic myrobalan fruit, amla fruit, and belleric myrobalan fruit. I follow the recommended dosage and also drink more water. Take note that the tablets are quite big so I take 1 at a time. With regards to taste and smell, it is ok for me.
